AGENCY AND CONCIERGE SERVICES

HOTEL SEARCH

Through our website you can to easily conduct inquiries of hotels, lodges or resorts, compare prices and proceed to making one or several reservations, all free of charge. When research of hotels and a comparison of their rates is done by one of our advisors at your request, a flat-rate handling fee of 100 Euros per search and per destination is billed.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Almost all of the hotels that are presented on our website can be directly reserved online by yourself. The direct reservation of hotels through our website is free of charge. In every case, you have access to the best prices offered by the hotels.
If the involvement of one of our advisor is demanded, this service will be billed at 100 Euros per confirmed reservation and by room.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

Our service fee for the reservations and the purchasing of airline tickets is 7% of the price of the ticket with a minimum forfeit of 100 Euros per person and per ticket.
When the search for the best prices is done by one our advisors, then this service will be be billed at 100 Euros per search and per segment of journey by plane.

OTHER RESERVATIONS

All other reservations that are completed by one of our advisors at your request is billed at 100 Euros per reservation.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Cancellation of a hotel, airline, or any other type of reservation that is booked in relation to our services as described below is free of charge if the reservation did not entail the involvement of one of our advisors. You remain obliged to the conditions regarding cancellation of the particular service provided. If the involvement of one of our advisors is required, the cancellation is billed at 100 Euros per cancellation.

VILLA/HOME RENTAL

Our service fees are included in the rental price. The research of villas done by one o our advisors upon your request is billed at 100Euros per precise city or location then deducted from the rental price.

CRUISE OR TRAIN RESERVATIONS

Travel reservations for a cruise by way of ship or reservations for luxury trains are free of charge when you have precisely indicated to us at the time of your demand the type of cruise that you are interested in.
The search for cruises done by one of our advisors upon your request is billed at 100 Euros per search and per routes then deducted from the price of the cruise and payable by your debit or credit card.

Cruises and luxury trains can also be reserved separately in the case of a customized travel package. The conditions that apply are those which are derived from the case of the reservation.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our concierge services are subject to special prices which vary according to the size and complexity of the services required and the time spent in relation to the services requested. The initial price is 100Euros per hour spent on the request. An invoice of the expense account can be supplied as a precondition.

CREATION, ORGANISATION AND FOLLOW-UP OF CUSTOMIZED TRAVEL PACKAGES

OPENING YOUR CONFIDENTIAL AND SECURE PERSONAL FILE

A request for a customized travel package or sojourn can only be handled when you have once opened a confidential personal file. The opening of this file will be accompanied by the payment of the file-opening fee of 100Euros payable by your debit or credit card. This fee is then deducted from the payment of your first customized travel package or sojourn.

CREATION OF THE TRAVEL ITINERARY AND PROGRAM

The creation of the itinerary and program for customized travel with the choice of hotels, cruises, trains, private jets or yachts, and activities, form together our travel offer in response to your request and is subject to an additional service fee calculated at a rate according to the complexity of the travel between 6% and 10% of the total price of the travel package (hotels, lodges or camps, trains or cruises, local transportation, aerial or maritime and all other service fees related to reservations and agency services that are applied to the total cost of travel package, but excluding international flights.)

ORGANIZATION AND FOLLOW-UP BEFORE AND AFTER THE TRIP

The organization of a travel package and its follow-up until the return of the travelers is subject to the additional service fee at a rate relative to complexity of the travel package between 10% and 15% of the total price of the travel package (hotels, lodges or camps, trains or cruises, local transportation, aerial or maritime and all other service fees related to reservations and agency services that are applied to the total cost of the travel package, but excluding international flight.)

ORGANIZATION of a SOJOURN or WEEKEND GETAWAY

The opening of your confidential personal file is not necessary if you have already chosen or reserved the hotel for your trip through our website.

The organization of a customized weekend getaway or sojourn is subject to the service fee at a rate relative to the number and the complexity of the services demanded between 7% and 10% of the total price of the travel package (hotels, transportation and all other service fees related to reservations and agency services that are applied to the customized weekend getaway or sojourn.)
