by a travel agency, no more than the creation and the organization of customized

Our concierge services form a separate category because it reflects the

demands of comfort and pleasure contrived by our clients.
We select only the hotels that meet our own standards of quality and excellence, including photographic representations, which we believe to be essential in order to convey the right information. We assume total responsibility of our selections but we listen very carefully to what our clients have to say.
In order to avoid confusion, all the hotels and the villas that we have selected and which we present have a reference number.
We reserve our information and services exclusively for our members and clients. All properties do, however, carry a reference number in order to avoid confusion. Names, pictures and other relevant information which are displayed on our site are only for our registered members.
If you find on another website within 24 hours of confirming a reservation with us a rate lower than the rate quoted when you made your online booking on our website, we will either match it or cancel your reservation free of charge.
The lower rate must be displayed on a website whose administration is clearly identifiable as being professional and must be subject to immediate confirmation on the website. In the absence of such clarification, the lower rate must appear on an email or fax from the service provider proposing the rate. The service provider must be identifiable by his or her professional title and not be suspect to any doubt.
The lower rate found must be offered for the same hotel, the same room or suite, the same reservation dates and length of stay, and the same number of guests and according to the reservation conditions, and have identical payment and cancellation policies; the lower rate cannot be merely a component of a travel package which has other costs.

We have chosen to present you with hotels, lodges and resorts that have been chosen for their quality of excellence. Our choices are made independently: we do not receive any payment from the establishments for the displaying of their properties.

Customized travel is a travel arrangement where you decide yourself the dates, the itinerary and the program, and which results in a correspondence with one of our advisors. Thus, there are never two of the same customized travel packages even if some packages may have elements in common.
A personalized travel arrangement begins with two participants. There is not a limit to the maximum number of participants when the travel arrangements are organized for families, friends or for professional travel.
By definition, a personalised travel arrangement doesn’t lend itself to a catalogue or brochure type of presentation. It would be a contradiction in terms.
However, we do display on our web site the various destinations and hotels which you might consider for creating your own itinerary and program, and even booking directly without the need of contacting any of our consultants.
We begin by examining your request to see whether or not we are capable of processing your customized travel request according to the conditions that you posses. If our response is positive, your request can only be processed if you have a confidential and secure personal file with us. The opening of this file is accompanied by the payment of 100 Euros for the file-opening fee, payable either by debit or credit card. This fee will then be deducted from the payment of your first commissioned travel or sojourn package.
We are also insured by the the insurance company Allianz Suisse for our Civil Responsibility in relation to third parties up to a limit of 30,000,000 Swiss francs.

Creation of Travel Plans
If we feel that we are able to process your travel request, we will ask you to open a confidential and secure personal file by paying the opening-fee for this file. We will then communicate an initial proposition accompanied by a price-estimate, and including the itinerary, a succinct program, hotels chosen from our database or from a comparable standard, the means of transportation that are retained, as well as restaurants, local transportation and services provided during the trip.
Confirmation of our offer and eventual modifications
We ask you to confirm either through email or by telephone your agreement in principle with our initial offer or of its rejection. The agreement in principle allows you to subsequently modify any elements pertaining to your travel plans until the agreement conforms to your desires. You will then confirm with us your final agreement by email or by fax. Without the request of any modifications, your agreement in principle is considered as your final agreement.
Billing
Following the reception of your definitive agreement, an invoice corresponding to your bill will be mailed out with our payment instructions.
Organization of your Travel Plans. Modifications
We will proceed with the detailed organization of your sojourn as soon as we have received your deposit of the down-payment as foreseen in the billing. You have the possibility applying modifications up until 30 days before your departure date, and it is to be confirmed by us whether such modifications are possible during the given period. These modifications, depending on the case, can lead to the modification of our initial invoice.
Roadmap and Vouchers
You will receive by email or by fax between five and ten days before your departure a roadmap that will contain all the information and important details concerning your trip, accompanied, if necessary, by individual vouchers to be given to the hotels and service providers but only in the case that we judge these vouchers to be essential. In the majority of cases, they are not.
Follow-up
You will benefit from the permanent follow-up during your entire trip, either from our offices or from our local agents to prevent all incidents and to handle and solve any eventual problem as quickly as possible.

Our initial offer with price estimate
If we feel that we are able to process your travel request, and after the payment of the personal file opening fee, then we will send you our initial offer accompanied by a price-estimate.
Confirmation of our initial offer and eventual modifications
We will ask you to confirm by email your agreement in principle with our initial offer or its rejection. This agreement in principle allows you to modify elements regarding your sojourn until your travel package corresponds to your exacts desires. You will confirm to us your definitive agreement by email or fax. Without the demand for modifications, your agreement in principle is considered as your definitive agreement.
The organization of your sojourn.
We will proceed with the detailed organization of your sojourn as soon as we have received your definitive agreement.
Vouchers
You will receive through email 10 days before your departure the individual vouchers of your reservations to be given to the hotel and the service providers.
Payments
Your payments will be made directly by yourself on the premises of the hotel and the service providers. Our service fees will be debited from your credit card.
In the case that the hotel and the service providers require you to pay in advance, we will send you an invoice with the total costs of your sojourn and settle the hotel fees and service providers fees before your arrival to the destination.
