We serve clients that are attentive to high levels of luxury and excellence
when they travel. The use of the Internet allows us to offer them our travel
services worldwide. Be it a simple hotel reservation or flight, or a personalised
luxury travel arrangement, each and every client receives the personalised
attention that he would expect, and to which we attach the utmost importance.
We reserve our information and services exclusively for our members and
clients. All properties do carry a reference number to avoid confusion. Names,
pictures and other relevant information are displayed on our site only for
our registered members.
We ask visitors to our web site who are interested in our travel information
and services, to identify themselves because our information is not destined
for public display, but rather limited to selected visitors. Once signed–in,
confirmed members may access the website information and services and make
travel requests.
It is a travel programm and itinerary that have yet to be established within
dates that you have chosen yourself. There are therefore no two offers that
are alike even if parts of their contents may be identical.
A personalised travel arrangement may begin with two participants. It often
happens that it involves more than 10, when it is organised for families,
friends or top corporate executives and managers.
By definition, a personalised travel arrangement doesn’t lend itself to
a catalogue or brochure type of presentation. It would be a contradiction
in terms.
However, we do display on our web site the various destinations and hotels
which you might consider for creating your own itinerary, and even booking
directly without the need of contacting any of our consultants.
We select all the hotels fitting our own standards of quality and excellence,
including photographic standards which we believe to be essential to convey
the right information. We assume total responsibility of our selections but
we listen very carefully to what our clients have to say.

We study your request to assess whether we are able to meet your requirements
and, if so, we will call you . This is an essential point. We would not start
working on your request without an initial telephone conversation with you
to better understand what you wish to do.
No. In order to open your personal travel file we shall charge your credit
card a 150 euros file opening charge (refundable upon conclusion of the contract).
This condition is never waived.
You must allow some time before receiving it because an offer requires
a considerable amount of work.
We shall send you an initial summary offer which will nevertheless contain
all necessary information for you to decide if you wish to go ahead or not
(Itinerary, programme, hotels, transportation, and services). If you do,
and once you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive all necessary
details.
This detailed offer will be updated from time to time until 2 weeks before
your departure and you will be able to use it as your personalised travel
agenda during your journey.
We have a network of existing partners and agents of the highest standard,
who take charge of our clients when they arrive in those countries where
it is inconvenient to travel independently. From the moment of your arrival
you are always within our care.

Flight Search
In preparing your travel it is useful to know the dates and hours of existing flights. You will find this information through the flight search engine that we have placed at your disposal on the page “Flights.” The engine covers all the companies who are members of the IATA and most low-cost companies. All connecting flights around the world are taken into consideration during each search. Prices may sometimes be indicated, notably when the price of a particularly interesting economic-class ticket is accessible through a supplier. However, business class and first class rates are not displayed.
