Ground Floor - Enter into a large, full of light, entrance hall with beautiful wooden ceiling and, through an arched door, access into the ample living and dining area with table seating up to 12 guests and working fireplace. Back into the entrance hall a door accesses into a large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with dining table, an excellent base for preparing delicious local cuisine. There is an additional, fully equipped kitchen in a separate building outside the villa. The ground floor also features a comfortable suite, composed by a living area with satellite TV and fireplace and a double bedroom with en suite shower room adapted for wheel chair use. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom with laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

First Floor - A nice stone staircase leads from the entrance hall into the first floor in which there are the four further bedrooms, all featuring different colours and satellite TV facilities. The first bedroom is an ample double with en suite shower room in a warm light blue, then a lilac twin (can be also done as a double) with en suite shower room. At the end of the corridor a family suite in a warm “Terra di Siena” colour, features a twin bedroom with fireplace and a double sharing a nice sized bathroom with two washbasins and Jacuzzi tub.
