This villa is part of a large private estate on the stunning North West coast of Mallorca, just south of Valldemossa. The estate is approximately 4,000 acres, set in mountains, valleys, pine forests, farmland and 5 kms of coastline.

This villa is built in a Mallorcan style and has terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings, but situated lower in the valley. The villa is built around a central courtyard with olive and lemon trees. From the raised terracing and pool area at the back there are incredible views down the valley to the sea and huge mountain panoramas all round. The villa also has many different areas outside to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

The estate is situated on the north west coast of Mallorca between the traditional town of Esporles and the picturesque terraced village of Banyalbufar.

Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating from the 1800's, unused now but forming an incredible centre piece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and olive trees.

A private road wanders 3 km down through the valley to the villas which are completely secluded, peaceful and quiet. However, Palma or Valldemossa are only 30 minutes away. This area is well known for its unspoilt coastline and dramatic mountains, providing numerous opportunities for walking and hiking.

There are 4 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 people, and there are also sofabeds in two bedrooms for extra people if required. - Each bedroom has its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains. - All living areas have their own individual air conditioning. - Housekeeping staff are resident in a separate annexe and provide services 6 days a week. They can also help with shopping and laundry. - Cook included for one meal per day. - Tennis court which is available for guests at all the villas.
