With the provision of several sitting rooms, and large outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation, it is perfect for a large group of family and friends. The sizeable dependence that can also be rented with the villa allows for very flexible accommodation for groups of up to 45 people.

The villa is 1.5km from Ponte a Moriano, Lucca 10 km, Pisa 38 km, and the nearest beach is 37km.

As well as the pretty gardens close to the house, Villa Boccella boasts extensive grounds that offer plenty of opportunity for delightful strolls through olive groves and woodland. The large swimming pool offers cooling relief from the glorious Tuscan sun, it’s safely fenced in and has a changing room with shower. Within the villa grounds there is a car park which holds up to 14 cars.
